{ Characteristics and application of Hastelloy trough test }
As an experiment and research and development of electroplating, and on-line management of chemical liquids in the factory, the Hatelloy trough test can quickly understand the problem or result according to the experimental results, which is of great value and reliability. Its main objectives can be divided into: (1) to measure the practical scope of electroplating of theoretically prepared plating solutions. (2) Analyze the changes or influences of plating solution composition, additives and impurities.
Management, advantages, and reliability of Hastelloy's trough:
(1) Ingredients that cannot be found by chemical analysis.
(2) Ingredients that are too time-consuming to analyze with chemistry.
(3) Very small amounts will affect the composition of electroplating.
(4) Analysis and prediction of fixed obstacles.
(5) Use a small amount of plating solution for testing or analysis.
(6) Standard standardized tank body and measuring ruler, high reliability.
The Hastelloy sample can be observed and analyzed:
(1) The change of the coating layer with different current densities.
(2) The influence of the temperature of the plating solution.
(3) Changes in the properties of the plating solution.
(4) The influence of the change of the composition of the plating solution.
(5) The influence of impurities in the plating solution.
(6) The influence of additives in the plating solution.
(7) The covering power of the plating solution.
(8) Uniform electrical adhesion of the plating solution.
